Dough maker • Tehri Garhwal, State of Uttarakhand

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dough maker in Tehri Garhwal, State of Uttarakhand. You will work at a busy bakery. Day-to-day duties: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens 5+ years on the tools preferred.
