The role involves: • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing • Carry out leak inspections and patch repairs • Replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck • Set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing • Solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets Requirements: • A driving licence is an advantage for site travel • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) ₹35,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
