Great opportunity: we are hiring a construction mazdoor in Hardoi, Uttar Pradesh. Ideally you have willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain; punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it; able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day. The role involves clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour; bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns; mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer; cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
