Industrial sewing operator — Ahmadnagar

Immediate opening: we are hiring an industrial sewing operator in Ahmadnagar, State of Maharashtra. The job is at a knitwear stitching unit. The role involves: • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation • Operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line • Stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance • Press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges We are looking for knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance; understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
