Day to day you will punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); clear and reset tables between covers; check back during the meal and handle special requests; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar. What we are looking for: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
