Day-to-day duties: • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights Ideally you have comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers; quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths; knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required.
