We are recruiting: we are hiring a meat cutter in Dakshin Dinajpur, West Bengal. Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day You will trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. ₹10,000 per project, negotiable for the right hands. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift.
