Deboner — Bhadradri Kothagudem

Join our team: we are hiring a deboner in Bhadradri Kothagudem, State of Telangana. Your main tasks: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain We are looking for knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required; able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler; food hygiene / HACCP certificate.
