Fabrication workshop technician — Patiala

Immediate opening: we are hiring a fabrication workshop technician in Patiala, State of Punjab. Day-to-day duties: • Crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame • Wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile • Fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash • Cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees • Fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam • Take site measurements of openings before fabrication What we are looking for: • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres 6+ years on the tools preferred. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
