We are recruiting: we are hiring a baker in Upper Siang, State of Arunachal Pradesh. You will work at a cake shop. You will keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream. We are looking for food handler / hygiene certificate; 2+ years' experience as a baker. 1+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around ₹22,500 per month, based on your experience.
