Now hiring: we are hiring a GMAW welder in Namchi, Sikkim. The job is at a steel fabrication workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols Ideally you have knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes; aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety; able to grind, fit-up and tack independently. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. ₹13,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
