Now hiring: we are hiring a bodyshop painter in West Tripura, Tripura. On a typical shift you will mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch. We are looking for confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing; sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. ₹31,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends.
