Abattoir worker wanted in Sindhudurg

Immediate opening: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Sindhudurg, State of Maharashtra. The job is in a meat processing plant. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler On a typical shift you will weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; season and marinate meat on request; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around ₹850 per day, based on your experience.
