Flatlock machine operator — Kabeerdham

Now hiring: we are hiring a flatlock machine operator in Kabeerdham, State of Chhattisgarh. You will work at a busy garment factory. On a typical shift you will meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension; match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching; change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges. Ideal candidate: • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
