Head baker — District Unnao

Great opportunity: we are hiring a head baker in District Unnao, Uttar Pradesh. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. On a typical shift you will monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; score the top of loaves before baking; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer. You should bring food handler / hygiene certificate; understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics; accurate at weighing and following recipes. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
