Dough maker — Rajanna Sircilla

Vacancy available: we are hiring a dough maker in Rajanna Sircilla, State of Telangana. On the job you will handle: • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Food handler / hygiene certificate 1+ years on the tools preferred.
