The role involves: • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair Requirements: • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing Six days a week, one day off.
