Pastry baker wanted in Kangra

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pastry baker in Kangra, State of Himachal Pradesh. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. The role involves: • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter We are looking for 2+ years' experience as a baker; accurate at weighing and following recipes; able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen. 1+ years on the tools preferred. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
