Ideally you have work neatly with minimal tile wastage; 2+ years' hands-on tiling experience. On a typical shift you will make curved cuts and holes with an angle grinder and tile drill bits; screed and prepare uneven floors before tiling; level large-format tiles with a tile levelling system; check the falls to floor wastes so the water drains away; spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles.
