The role involves: • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair Ideal candidate: • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand Six days a week, one day off.
