Great opportunity: we are hiring a visual inspection operator in Nalgonda District, State of Telangana. You will work in an electronics assembly workshop. We are looking for ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade; familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems; confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges. You will operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools; escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer; record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts; inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing; calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift.
