Urgent requirement: we are hiring a meat cutter in Jhunjhunun, State of Rajasthan. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers On a typical shift you will vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools. At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. ₹27,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
