Bakery assistant — West Delhi

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bakery assistant in West Delhi, National Capital Territory of Delhi. On a typical shift you will boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. You should bring able to lift 25 kg flour sacks; knowledge of dough fermentation and proving. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Meals and transport allowance provided.
