Earthmoving equipment operator • Sirmaur, State of Himachal Pradesh

Vacancy available: we are hiring an earthmoving equipment operator in Sirmaur, State of Himachal Pradesh. You will be based on a pipeline and trenching crew. The role involves: • Grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient • Work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter • Clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble • Carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels • Dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels • Keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly You should have: • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
