You should have: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts Day-to-day duties: • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger Full-time, day shift.
