We are recruiting: we are hiring an occupational health and safety officer in Champhai, Mizoram. The job is at a manufacturing plant. Ideal candidate: • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot On the job you will handle: • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
