Urgent requirement: we are hiring a lift technician in Tengnoupal, Manipur. The job is on a lift modernisation project. You should have: • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards Your main tasks: • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox Six days a week, one day off.
