We are recruiting: we are hiring a crawler dozer operator in Chamba, State of Himachal Pradesh. The job is on a quarry floor. What we are looking for: • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels • Physically fit for climbing on and off the machine • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters On the job you will handle: • Grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms • Grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily • Push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving • Follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels • Clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin • Cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes Six days a week, one day off.
