Now hiring: we are hiring an industrial sewing operator in Belgaum, State of Karnataka. Day-to-day duties: • Match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift • Topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation You should bring knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance; able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown.
