Scullery hand — West Kameng

Great opportunity: we are hiring a scullery hand in West Kameng, State of Arunachal Pradesh. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. The role involves top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature. You should bring previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred; careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers; able to work fast and keep up under service pressure. 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. ₹12,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
