Vacancy available: we are hiring an earthmoving equipment operator in Uttar Kannada, State of Karnataka. The job is at a busy earthworks site. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes Your main tasks: • Backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid • Refuel the machine and record running hours • Follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels • Carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil • Rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear Part-time with flexible hours.
