Now hiring: we are hiring a retail butcher in Hyderabad, State of Telangana. You will be based at a halal meat counter. You will weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts. You should bring 2+ years experience working as a butcher; physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day. 6+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends.
