Halal butcher — Garhwa

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a halal butcher in Garhwa, State of Jharkhand. You will work at a wholesale meat market. Day-to-day duties: • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Season and marinate meat on request • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date Ideally you have able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler; comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers; clean, presentable and friendly at the counter. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
