Immediate opening: we are hiring a site safety steward in Bangalore Rural, State of Karnataka. You should have: • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements Your main tasks: • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift • Inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry • Run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action Rotating shifts.
