Ideal candidate: • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Able to read and match factory paint codes On a typical shift you will mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; prime and seal bare metal to stop rust; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch.
