Short order cook — Jhunjhunun

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a short order cook in Jhunjhunun, State of Rajasthan. You will work at a roadside dhaba. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Strong knife skills and speed on the line You will prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases.
