Great opportunity: we are hiring an insulation worker in Barwani, Madhya Pradesh. The role involves: • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations • Lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness We are looking for disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles; willing to travel between sites. ₹34,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
