Immediate opening: we are hiring a lift technician in Sidhi, Madhya Pradesh. Day to day you will measure rope tension and check for broken strands; install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway; replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays; respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around ₹12,000 per project, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
