Great opportunity: we are hiring a meat cutter in Kendujhar, State of Odisha. The job is at a wholesale meat market. You should bring 2+ years experience working as a butcher; able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler. You will keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone.
