We are recruiting: we are hiring a catering cook in Fatehgarh Sahib, State of Punjab. Requirements: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate On a typical shift you will follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. ₹16,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
