Laundry presser — Durg

We are recruiting: we are hiring a laundry presser in Durg, State of Chhattisgarh. You will work in a garment export house. You should bring comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment; able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets; able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine. You will use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics; clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents; hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing; fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press; remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron; spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
