Plasterer's mate • Thane, State of Maharashtra

We are recruiting: we are hiring a plasterer's mate in Thane, State of Maharashtra. You will be based in an occupied house during renovation. Day-to-day duties: • Dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming • Set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work • Mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency • Apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls • Skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration • Float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge Ideal candidate: • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
