Great opportunity: we are hiring a machinist in Osmanabad, State of Maharashtra. The role involves change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation; stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance; match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality. Ideal candidate: • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance 4+ years on the tools preferred.
