Urgent requirement: we are hiring a brick mason in Mayurbhanj, State of Odisha. You will work at a groundworks and structures site. You will mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser; buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge; cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder; erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts. What we are looking for: • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. ₹850 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
