Now hiring: we are hiring a stitching operator in Dhalai, Tripura. The job is at a knitwear stitching unit. On a typical shift you will operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line; attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance; match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching; inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes. You should have: • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance Pay around ₹20,500 per month, based on your experience.
