Immediate opening: we are hiring an argon welder in Baragarh, State of Odisha. The role involves weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges; carry out 6G pipe welds where required; control heat input so thin sheet does not warp; prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run; grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper; inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion. Requirements: • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight Full-time with occasional weekends.
