Immediate opening: long-haul driver (State of Kerala)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a long-haul driver in Wayanad, State of Kerala. The job is at a haulage company. You should bring confident with manual handling and load securing; minimum 2 years' long-haul experience; valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence. The role involves carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off; check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits; log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards; present documents at weighbridges and check posts; keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load; check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels.
