Surface coating operator — Tiruppur

We are recruiting: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Tiruppur, State of Tamil Nadu. Day to day you will apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time. Ideally you have able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg; keen eye for finish quality and surface defects. Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
