Moulder wanted in Vadodara

Join our team: we are hiring a moulder in Vadodara, State of Gujarat. You will be based in the melting bay of a steel foundry. Day to day you will tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle; inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects; maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings; operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant; cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch; apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity. Ideal candidate: • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards Full-time, day shift.
