On a typical shift you will mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer; break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker; bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns; pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator; backfill and ram down soil around the foundations.
